We had a lovely two night stay here over the Christmas holidays. Our suite was surprisingly large which provided ample room for us and the 4 kids. There were 2 full beds and a pull out couch. It was clean and looks like it had recently received a face lift. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is that the TV’s aren’t smart TV’s so no Netflix etc, and I brought a fire stick as a back up, but the TV’s settings wouldn’t allow the fire stick to work. So the kids had to settle with what ever random cartoon they could find on the cable. There’s also no microwave in the room so I had to run down to the main shared kitchen frequently to warm the babies bottle and food etc. There’s soap and a T-towel there so clients can wash up after themselves. Cute but not overly convenient when you’re upstairs. Overall we were impressed. For a fraction of the price of larger hotels this brought us out of Quebec City and into a calm quiet town. There’s a Normandin restaurant within 150m which we also frequented. The staff there were also pleasant.

The staff was friendly and polite, which was a positive part of our stay. Unfortunately, the rest did not meet expectations for the price. Our room was on the first floor and felt very stuffy, with poor ventilation. We booked a room with one large bed but were given two small beds instead. When we asked to change rooms, we were told it would cost an extra $60. Considering the room already costs $125 per night, this feels overpriced. Early in the morning, around 5 a.m., snow removal started right outside, with loud shoveling and knocking, which made it impossible to sleep. Overall, the hotel does not feel worth the money.

Great value with friendly service. The rooms were clean and comfortable, exactly what we needed after a long drive. It was also a bonus to find a nice restaurant conveniently attached; it made settling in that much easier. Overall, a solid stay at a great price!

My son and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Samantha (?) noted that my notes asked for gluten-free restaurants nearby, and she was kind enough to provide a list with her comments, as well as her direct number, just in case. The room was comfortable, easy to get to, parking right at the door, and a quick walk around to the neighbouring restaurant. The only difficult matter was the on-going construction making access to the property somewhat of a challenge. I've already referred the Hotel to our friends.
