Don’t be misled by the “luxury” branding, the fundamentals are not there. This building prioritizes appearances over function. Security is weak and unauthorized access is easy. The mailroom is frequently disorganized, the dog run often smells too strongly to use, and visitor parking depends entirely on staff availability to issue passes, creating unnecessary barriers. There are also systemic building issues: poor air circulation and pressure shifts, improperly installed windows that allow air leakage and condensation, and a “smart” wall pad system that adds friction rather than convenience. Despite these unresolved problems, rent increases have still been implemented. Recent security incident: This past weekend, an unauthorized individual entered the building and remained inside for several hours, damaging the front doors and pulling the fire alarm. Police initially attended but did not locate the individual and returned later. This highlighted serious security failures. The onsite team is excellent, professional and responsive but, they are compensating for management and ownership decisions. If you value safety and functionality, this building may disappoint.

We had a really great experience with Livmore Westboro Village, and we’re especially thankful to Becky and Moses. Both of them were super helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with throughout the whole process. They made finding and securing our new home feel much less stressful and were always willing to answer questions and guide us when we needed help.

I had an outstanding experience with Moses Barasa at Livmore Westboro. He’s incredibly helpful and insightful, making the entire leasing process seamless. Moses conducted a thorough walkthrough of the condo and its facilities, covering every detail I needed for my move-in. He provided quick turnaround times and even guided me on parcel pickups. Highly recommend his services!

The building is nice and I like the amenities. Unfortunately I can never enjoy them because the residents here seem to think this building is a drop in daycare and the building management seems to have no desire to correct this issue. The worst behaved children and entitled parents live here. Kids hang around the building with no parental supervision. Children are always screaming and crying in the hallways, I’ve had multiple work calls interrupted from screaming kids in the hallway. Two little girls were bullying my son while we were in the elevator. I later saw them unsafely playing on the gym equipment. The TV area has kids blasting music all the time. If you are looking for a quiet place to live and work from home don’t move here.
