Building is under constant and ongoing construction which makes working from home near impossible. Construction signs get posted weekly, there is never a break. I swear it’s been under construction since I moved in 4 years ago. Any attempt to find out when construction will stop or have breaks are met with statements of “this is mandatory maintenance taking place during normal hours” as if this makes the constant drilling and pounding even mildly tolerable. Building management is rude, inefficient and unaware of their responsibilities. The older woman who works this building had referred to a visiting friend as “looking homeless” as they were waiting to buzz in. Absolutely appalling behaviour for building management. Gabriella has not been kind or helpful either. When I have reached out (on numerous occasions) for help from the building office, I have either been met with the rudest and least helpful responses have ever encountered in customer service or am forced to deal with my issues myself. When a flood forced maintenance into our apartment after hours, they did not tell us that they had unplugged our fridge - costing us hundreds in grocery replacements. When this was brought to the attention of the building, I was shrugged off and told nothing could be done. Yes, the location is convenient, rent may be slightly cheaper, but lord it is one of the least enjoyable places to live. Truly heartbroken and disappointed.

Excellent customer service, they respond promptly to tenants request especially Thomas Baird and Gabriela Iorga. Clean building, wide apartment, great area and close to the city centre and bus station.

Slow Email Response My application process with this rental company took about 2 weeks. Throughout this time, they only responded to my emails once a day, typically at the very end of the business day, even though I made an effort to reply as quickly as possible. The staff member handling my case was Praharsh, he seemed helpful while processing my file, but unfortunately, my application was eventually rejected — resulting in 2 weeks lost with this company. After that, I contacted another rental company and experienced much faster and more professional communication - constantly until they solve my case. Advice: Be aware that email response times may be slow. If you choose to apply through them, I recommend following up regularly to avoid wasting time.

Lived here for 5 years and it was good when Claire ran the place but ever since Gabriela took over it’s just a non stop headache of dealing with unprofessionalism and disorganized corporation I ever had to deal with …. I DO NOT recommend living here
