Great location for attending the winter Carnival!! Rooms are spacious, clean. Staff very very helpful. My only issue is with the fragrance you use in the lobby. I have allergies/chemical sensitive and it really bothered me. Still giving 5 stars overall. Love this hotel. Edited for a second issue: The mattress in my room really needs changed. Now noticing how it has slumped at the sides and you can see where people always sleep. Could use an update/refresh.

The guest rooms are in need of a major refresh, the white couch in my room, 909, I refused to sit on because of how stained it is. The condition of the elevators is particularly concerning. As an Ambassador Elite member who spends a significant number of nights each year in Marriott properties, I was surprised to encounter elevators in such poor and potentially unsafe condition, something I have not experienced elsewhere within the brand. Until these issues are addressed, I would hesitate to recommend this property. That said, the staff were exceptional, welcoming, attentive, and thoroughly professional throughout my stay. Their service truly reflects a five-star standard. Adil, the manager, was on point and super professional he also personally gets a 5 star review from me.

I had a pleasant one-night stay at this hotel in December. The room was clean, comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, a great experience. Special shout-out to the receptionist Miranto for her kindness and excellent service — she truly made the stay even better!

The hotel staff is excellent. They found a way to resolve all my problems, and I'm very satisfied with the staff and service. However, the hotel is quite old, and the lobby is very dirty. The facilities urgently need updating. Im other hands important detail: I stayed on the fifth floor, and housekeeping started slamming doors and banging on walls at 8 in the morning, not letting us sleep. Please improve this.
