🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 A huge shout out goes to James, the (weekend) Breakfast Attendant. To say that James was exceptionally kind and helpful is an understatement. He was meticulous in his work and provided outstanding guest services. Thank you, James! As for the rooms, the only two things I would consider doing differently are: to have softer/golden light bulbs (instead of all fluorescent), in some of the lamps… as well as installing some hooks behind the bathroom doors, to hang bath towels. Overall, my experience at this hotel was delightful. The breakfast is absolutely delicious… and the beds are heavenly! Well done, Comfort Inn Carleton Place :)

Hotels can be find somewhere and anywhere but not all who works in the reception can be as good as Loren. Her hospitality was just incredible. I often quite a few times booking in hotel and suites but I basically look up to the people who works in the front desk and by the time I felt the positive energy, the smile, the approach then my day will be solve, safe and sound. Well done Loren.Well deserved to be recommended.i

Stayed 1 night for a hockey tournament. Smooth check-in and checkout. Staffs are nice. Nice hotel with complimentary breakfast amd parking. One complaint though is the hotel is not soundproof. We can hear the couple's next door/wall moaning while having *seggs". 😂 I should've brought earplugs. Overall, good experience.

We need a larger set room and were told this was the largest that this hotel offered. We come to Ottawa a lot and found the staff very welcoming here at the Comfort Inn. The breakfast Chef was the best thing of our stay as he was handling the mass amounts of parents and kids that Inhailed the food. He alone was ensuring the food was always there and the drinks were full along with cleaning the whole area. Fridge stocked and good hot!!!!!
