Hotel lobby is nice. Rooms have an odd choice of corner cutting. Bathroom wasn't cleaned. Toilet was loose and felt like it could tip over. TV is only 720p, guide didn't work. You're encouraged to use their app to ask questions but they dont answer your questions. Sauna took a long time to warm up. Hot tub wasn't hot. Bed sheets had stains. A good deal of dust found over ledges. The room I had was not very well isolated either could hear everything in the hallway. Just overall nice from the outside but once you lift the rug you see all the bad.

Travelled to this hotel on business. It is a very nice hotel. It’s in an industrial area but there are plenty of places around the area within walking distance to eat. There is a superb restaurant called “Sens” on site that serves greet slightly above higher end food. The hotel rooms are very modern with fancy lighting and nice amenities. Shampoo and body wash in a wall mount dispenser on the way, not tiny little bottles. They have probably the nicest pool and hot tub I’ve seen in any hotel. It’s not huge it’s just well maintained and clean and modern. I went all three nights I was there. I highly recommend you stay here if you’re in the area.

Room was big and nice. Bathtub was clogged and hence full of foam and dirty. Cheap on toiletries. Hotel and room smelled nice. AC was very loud. This room did not have full black out curtains, so no full privacy. Beds were horrible, portable ones that you raise them vertically by the wall. This bed style was not noted on room qualities when booked hence sleep quality was very low.

I recently stayed at Hotel Mortagne and overall had a an alright experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. One issue was that the AC unit tends to make a noticeable loud noise when the fan cycles on and off while set to auto, which can be a bit disruptive. Aside from that, it was a pleasant stay and the accommodations were solid overall.
