Raina at the Front Desk was absolutely wonderful during our check-in, especially after the stress of having our flights cancelled. She was professional, efficient and incredibly helpful in getting everything sorted for us. Most importantly, she was cheerful and kind throughout the entire interaction, which truly made a difference after a very long day. We really appreciated her positive attitude and excellent service.

Could not say anything bad about this hotel. Had a pool, breakfast was great, and rooms were near perfection. What's interesting is this is a pretty high security hotel, you having to scan your room card just to use the elevator. Service was very fast, asked for extra pillow/blanket and arrived within minutes. One thing to point out is it can get crowded here, being right on the airport.

I frequent this location whenever I'm in the Ottawa area. It is one of my favourite places to stay because of how well you're treated by staff from all areas. Front desk are courteous and helpful and rooms are clean with some minor exceptions here and there. But overall, each stay has been great. I enjoy the fact that Fairfield has a hot breakfast. Not some measly breakfast, but has an array of eggs (hard boiled, scrambled, omelette), sausages, cheese, salsa, hot sauce, other types of sauces I, juices, coffee, pastries, breads, and a MAKE YOUR OWN WAFDLE STATION. This reminds me of my childhlld when my family used to travel around. Overall; This is a great place to stay at. Highly recommended and I will continue to choose to stay here.

My husband and I stayed here Christmas Eve and Christmas night. It was great. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and really lovely. The bed was comfortable. I would have liked a heavier bed cover (there was no blanket in the closet) but we turned up the heat and it was fine. The breakfast was outstanding, with a huge variety of choice. We'd stay here again for sure :)
