DO NOT RENT. DO NOT BE A TENANT. DONT BE A CO-OWNER DO NOT RENT. The exterior of the building has some kind of loose structure or panel that shakes violently and makes a huge, unbearable noise every time the wind blows. It’s impossible to relax or even sleep when it sounds like the building is falling apart. I’ve reported this issue multiple times, but nothing has been done. It’s been months, and the problem persists. The management and the board of co-owners committee are completely incompatible. always shifting the blame to the developer. Also most of the co-owner buy this house for investment. They don't give a shit bout you. Avoid at all cost. DONT BE A CO-OWNER Condo fee DOUBLES in a year but it can't be used to fix anything in the building.
