The landlord sees nothing but his own priorities. He's completely indifferent to the residents' requests. He'll just keep promising and procrastinating, and at the end of the year, he'll raise the rent for both the apartment and the parking lot. I don't recommend this project for quality housing.

Google Review (1 STAR ⭐):I HAVE BEEN A TENANT HERE FOR YEARS, AND UNFORTUNATELY, THIS PLACE HAS FALLEN FAR BELOW ACCEPTABLE STANDARDS. 🚫THE OUTDOOR POOL HAS NOT BEEN FUNCTIONAL FOR OVER 15 YEARS, AND THE INDOOR POOL IS CLOSED. AMENITIES LIKE PING PONG AND SAUNA ARE NOWHERE TO BE FOUND, DESPITE PROMISES MADE. 💦❌😞THE ADVERTISING FEELS MISLEADING, AND IT'S HARD TO BELIEVE THIS PROPERTY HAS RECEIVED THREE STARS. THE BUILDING IS NEGLECTED AND UNKEMPT. 🧽TENANTS HAVE TAKEN IT UPON THEMSELVES TO PLANT FLOWERS 🌸 AND EVEN BRING IN DESIGNER FURNITURE 🪑 TO IMPROVE THE APPEARANCE OF THE ENTRANCE, BECAUSE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE.THE OWNERS, WHO COME FROM A TRADITION OF EXCELLENT SERVICE, HAVE NOT MAINTAINED THOSE STANDARDS.JANITORS ARE RETAINED MAINLY FOR THEIR PLUMBING SKILLS, AND WHILE THEY HANDLE BASIC CLEANING LIKE VACUUMING AND MIRRORS, THEY NEGLECT DEEP CLEANING TASKS, SUCH AS WALL WASHING AND INDUSTRIAL VACUUMING IN THE CORRIDORS.THE CARPETS HAVE NOT BEEN REPLACED OR DEEPLY CLEANED IN OVER 20 YEARS—THEY ARE FILTHY AND SOMETIMES HAVE HAD VOMIT ON THEM, WHICH REMAINS UNADDRESSED. 😷THE BUILDING SOMETIMES SMELLS BAD AND IS GENERALLY NOT UP TO STANDARD.IT IS THE OWNERS’ RESPONSIBILITY TO MAINTAIN THE PROPERTY IN A CLEAN AND SAFE CONDITION, AND THEY NEED TO ADDRESS THESE ISSUES PROMPTLY.TENANTS LIKE ME ARE SUFFERING THE CONSEQUENCES, AND WHILE NO ONE IS FORCING US TO STAY, MANY REMAIN DUE TO LACK OF ALTERNATIVES.I URGE MANAGEMENT TO HIRE NEW STAFF WHO CAN PROVIDE THE CLEANLINESS AND MAINTENANCE THIS BUILDING DESPERATELY NEEDS.THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT DESERVE A SINGLE STAR—IT DESERVES TO BE RATED FAR LOWER UNTIL THESE ISSUES ARE RESOLVED. ❌⭐

Stay away from those buildings and this rental company. The management is so poor and they don’t care about the tenants. If you have something for fixing, probably they can fix it next year, but you have to remind them all the time. Mouses, ants and dirty, and all the the time the manager laying that they do something. Renovation? Forget it! The conditions of those buildings is from the Expo67. They do only the monkey job, just to blame you and look what’s happening in one year later. And of coarse Michael (the manager) always is you “friend” and always gives you promises. In one moment you believe him and the second moment you filing like a donkey. If you want to pay a little bit less than around with money for rent and a lot with problems and nerves you’re welcome. Yes of coarse all year you receive a letter with the rental increase. Don’t worry, be happy. The mouses can make a party with you to forget the increasing, the dirty, the donkey.
