Room was clean, bed were terrible for a suite, had to get a maintenance working the tv and internet did not work. Paid for the executive internet so I could run my laptop for work, the speed was so low I was barely able to send emails or watch Netflix at night. The location was close to the hospital my son was having surgery at. The restaurant inside was terrible for the price they charged. The staff was great. Overall, I gave a 2 star for what they advertise and what they offer are very different.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Toronto/Vaughan was the perfect location and hotel for all our wedding guests including ourselves to book leading up to and the night of the wedding. Rashi was wonderful in helping out organize all our reservations, ensuring we were all on the same floor, and assisted promptly when we reached out with booking questions. The rooms were clean, new, and modern, everyone had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for a short stay, vacation, and wedding blocks!

We stayed here for nearly 5 weeks while we were renovating our house and we couldn’t have been happier. It became our home away from home! The rooms and shared areas are clean and well maintained. And there’s great amenities including an exercise room and pool. The staff are great too! Plus, the location is fantastic—really close to all kinds of restaurants, great retail, the subway and highway. If I have one minor critique it’s the breakfast. It’s free (which is great) but the variety could be improved…especially the sausages. It would be nice if they added fresh tomatoes and something fun like waffles or pancakes. Still, we will be back!

It is a decent hotel and the added feature of having a small sitting area was what swayed me into booking. However the coach is not very comfortable but at least you don't have to sit on the bed. I didn't like the bathrooms. There was 2 rooms, one with toilet and sink and one with shower and sink. This does make getting ready in the morning easier but both had sliding doors with large glass panels in them. The one door didn't slide well and was noisy in the middle of the night. When the light was turned on to the bathroom everyone was disturbed. The bathrooms use the space very well just noisy and bright. Elevators were large and fairly fast. Beds were comfortable, that is important. Breakfast was just OK. The usual.
