We were very happy with everything! The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. I liked the sound of the heater/ coolers blower too cover background noise and provide white noise. The bathrooms were spotless! The breakfast provided was pretty good too! Very happy with two stays in two different best western plus hotels.

The hotel was conveniently located for us as we had a competition at the community center. Pool and hot tub were good, breakfast was fine. Room was clean. We didn’t have any issues. The only downside is the price doubled for the room from when I first looked at booking the trip to when I actual did book. Next time I will book well in advance for best prices.

Truck broke down last night and all the parts stores were closed. Had to get it towed to a Lordco a couple blocks away from here. If I wasn't in a hurry and I showed up earlier it would have been a nice place to relax, they had a hot tub, a pool, and even a gym. Inside the room it was very clean, they had a Keurig in the room, and a smart tv so I could watch YouTube or log into my Netflix account. I only paid $143 for that, so I am most impressed at the price. I've stayed in more expensive rooms at other places that don't offer near as much. Best Western is the way to go.

This was bay far the worst experience with a hotel I have ever had ! The check in process was horrible, the staff were rude. The room we booked into ( after paying a $300) deposit and $172. for the room. The room smelled terrible , and dirty. The bed spread on each of the beds was stained in many places , There was garbage in the room from previous guests and hair in the bathroom tub. Called the front desk to complain about the condition, 30 minutes later a lady came up to look. She laughed ! and said she would put us in a different room. The second room, had viable bugs ! big bugs on the pillow. We took the pillow down to the front desk the two workers spoke to each other in a different language and seemed annoyed that we brought down the pillow with the bugs on it ! they put us into a third room, at least the third room smelled better but the toilet did not flush ! it was very late and we were very tired from traveling, we just went to bed and left first thing in the morning. The checkout was equally as frustrating, we had a gentleman named ED who was extremely rude and condescending - i asked about my $300.00 deposit and he basically told me to check with my bank and it wasn't his problem. Very rude ! I will never set foot in this hotel again and if NO stars was a option, that's what i would of selected.
