O Canada House Bed & Breakfast is truly a gem in Vancouver downtown. The location is perfect — all major attractions are within walking distance, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. The stay felt just like home. Everything was comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming, making the experience even more special. We came from very far, and this is a stay we will always remember. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vancouver!

Has Potential but lack of investment and attention to detail, so very poor. The Property is in a great location to explore downtown, easily walkable to the main shopping areas and amenities. The house itself has loads of character and could be amazing with some investment which it surely needs. Although we had a good time in Vancouver the accommodation disappointed from the minute we entered the door and I was really tempted to check-out straightaway and take the hit of paying for something new but for only 3 nights we were too tired to be bothered, it was a close thing! The issues were: #1 The smell was overpowering, it was a strong musty smell that was nauseating and I suspect was a scented candle device in the lounge. It was not nice and I think the recent hot weather and closed windows made it impossible to breath. Only after leaving the windows open for our stay did it go in the room. #2 I realise period means old but it doesn't mean dangerous, the sash window in our bathroom (nice btw) fell to pieces when I opened it and there was a glass pane just hanging above me. Notified house keeper. #3 Carpet in public areas and bedroom. This was well worn and needed replacing, simple fix. #4 Breakfast, as previously mentioned very limited window for breakfast and it really wasn't worth waiting for, poor choice and delivered without any love or care. Walk 4mins to Paul's and have a fantastic breakfast.

A great place to stay. It is a heritage house since 1909. The interior design is all classical and homey. The place is so comfy and gives out a very friendly and welcoming vibe. The rooms are clean and very tidy. Beds are so comfortable, the powder room (bathroom) is very spacious and convenient. Its location is great, everything is around. We walked to flyoverCanada and a couple of other restaurants that we wanted to try. Overall our experience was really nice. They have part of the kitchen that is open for our personal use. There is coffee, tea, stuff in the pantry that is for sharing. Instructions are easy and clear. I would recommend this place for sure :)

Our stay at this cozy, charming B&B could not have been better. The location to downtown is great and in walking distance. The house is older but very inviting. The room was clean and had all the amenties of a normal hotel. The offered breakfast both days of our stay and had a pantry where they had snacks, drinks, coffee, tea whenever you wanted. The hospitality was excellent. I highly recommend if you want a different kind of experience than a normal chain hotel.
