We stayed for three nights for a hockey tournament and out of a fortnight because of a bad winter storm. The rooms are perfectly serviceable, although things like the TV are on their way out, and the boxspring for the bed is noisy. The pool had clumps of hair floating in it and is probably in need of a proper chemical treatment. The hotel is currently under renovation and the times they choose to do those renovations. We’re not necessarily the most convenient for guests, but that may simply be because of when the contractors are available. Our major issues are housekeeping staff ignored the do not disturb notify not once but twice. That shows a complete motor disregard for people’s privacy needs. Our second major issue is upon discussing with other parents who were involved with this tournament, every single one of us was charged at a different rate. When speaking to the front desk about this, there was literally a shrug and oh well. We paid $70 more for one of our nights than anyone else and the only explanation they gave was room demand. That level of discrepancy and the complete utter lack of concern for our customer complaint says more about how this particular location and the chain in general are run. There will be follow up with corporate. And it is quite likely that our team will not use this particular hotel chain again because of these issues.

absolutely wonderful experience, the staff are saintly angels on earth who are never difficult to speak with, nor argumentative. The rooms are amazing and well kept, clean to the smallest bit of dust, not to mention that the beds feel like literal clouds. the food's great too and all-you-can-eat, the coffee bar is full of options too. if you're coming around to the area, you won't regret choosing hampton

Unfortunately this experience was extremely unpleasant. It started with a room that had some concerns such as wallpaper peeling from the wall and a sink water stopper that didn’t work. On night two it got worse when I was resting with the do not disturb sign on my door but two maintenance workers kept knocking on my door and ringing the doorbell. They needed to inspect my door handle which funny enough had a do not disturb sign hanging on it. Finally the kicker was that the doorbell kept going off so late into the evening I had to pack everything and be moved to a new room - the new rooms power supply next to the bed didn’t work properly aswell. The front desk staff were lovely but that’s the only positive thing I need to say about this experience. Based on this I won’t be using this hotel for my business travel in the future.

No doggies this trip and had a wonderful room. Everything was just perfect from the time we checked in until we checked out. My only complaint would be the TV as the channels do not correspond to the TV guide. A minor detail but otherwise thank you to the team at the Hampton Inn, Bolton for a great stay.
