STOLEN CAR AT HOTEL'S SECURED PARKING GARAGE. Horrendous customer experience due to zero security measures. Our vehicle was stolen in the hotel's very own parking garage, which is advertised as secured parking (ironically but true) on our first night in the city. Front desk offered zero help. The manager was missing in action. Customer care hotline just simply responded with the rhetoric. Nothing. No regard at all.

My family and I had a great stay here. We were visiting from Ontario and this hotel offered everything we needed. The breakfast provided in the morning was more than enough to help kick start our busy trip. The showers looked so modern and had impressive water pressure. Our only complaint was that the Smart Tv wasn't working to allow us to watch Netflix and with most channels in French we were left with limited options. The staff was super friendly and helpful when we needed certain things. Location was easy to get to and was conveniently about a 5 min drive from a mall. We will definitely return on our next Montreal visit,
