This was probably the worst experience i had in any hotel. First our reservation got cancelled for no reason, i had to call them and stay on the phone for about an hour. The staffs are very polite can’t blame them for any of that. First there was no water to drink in the room, no one was responding on the phone so i had to back downstairs, there was stains on the floor, hair on the pillow but that’s not the worst. Couldn’t even take a shower because there was literally no water coming out, I would’ve take a cold shower if there was any water. I thought we would enjoy our night but not at all. Too expensive for this experience, you can find cheaper and a lot better. Would be nice if we can get compensated.

Had a disappointing experience at this hotel. The evening I checked in, the pillow covers and bedsheets had women’s hair all over them. Thankfully, the staff were apologetic and replaced them right away — I thought that would be the end of it, but unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. 1. There were a few guests who parked right in the middle of the lot, blocking others and refusing to move their car even when politely requested — they were busy eating pizza off the trunk of their car. It would’ve helped to have some security or staff presence in the parking area to handle such situations. 2. The hair dryer in the washroom didn’t work at all — it just made noise without blowing any air. 3. The flush stopped working in the morning, and it took about an hour before it was fixed. 4. The wash basin drained very slowly, with water pooling up every time it was used. Overall, a stay full of small but frustrating inconveniences that really took away from the experience.

Stayed 1 night in January. Friendly staff, light breakfast included, on-site parking, that's it. Room (107) in bad shape (needs more than a paint job), old and stained carpet, some hair in the bathtub (not mine, I'm bald), no boot tray for winter boots, I could go on but there's no point really. Expensive for what it was.

Had room last night. Paid 395 + they asked 200 for security deposit. Ok. In the night went out for a smoke, was my last cigarette. Didn't find garbage, so brought empty pack in the room. In the morning, on my check out, lady said that I was smoking in the room and they not going to give deposit. I asked what make her think that I was smoking? Empty pack in the garbage. I started to get angry. She said I'll give u only 100$ back. I said no, I want my money back. I also asked is there a smell, she said no. Then she said that there's ash on the jacuzzi. I asked if I can see it? She said no. Then owner came and said that they not going to pay me. So called visa and canceled the transaction. Stay away of those scamers
