I should have read the reviews before going. We went for a staycation night. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. Here's where it progressively gets worse: No robes in the bathrooms or closet (I like a great robe in an "upscale" hotel). The water pressure was non existent. The towels were thin and scratchy. We went to see the pool and there was a "birthday party" of 15ish 12 yr olds which was fine. However the same bunch showed up in the restaurant for dinner then subsequently back in the pool later. I don't begrudge birthday parties but the decibel level was next level. Also the food was meh. It was nowhere near good enough the prices they were asking. Would I go back? No.

Very nice hotel with plenty of space, amenities. The room is clean and well organized. The bathroom faucet had a small leak so the water collected in the back of the countertop, but it wasn't anything major. Wi-Fi didn't work too well on my laptop.

Beware of poor client service! Booking a night stay at this hotel proved to be difficult from the start. Tried booking online, and was not able to get a confirmation that the reservation was accepted. Called to make the reservation, received a confirmation but the clerk took down the wrong credit card info so I played telephone tag with Brookstreet to get it corrected. No problem, mistakes happen right? Well it gets better. Checked in at brookstreet and found out I had two rooms booked, but the clerk over the phone said she couldnt find my reservation. No problem… they cancelled my additional booking. Went on to enjoy our stay with great spa treatments and enjoyed jazz in the lounge. Upon checking out, I left my key card at the desk not knowing I needed it to exit the garage. I get to the gate and had to pay to exit. Went straight back to the front desk to tell them what happened, they gave me a business card to call in to get reimbursed for the $50 parking fee. Played the back and forth game with their accounting team, showing the $50 parking charge on my credit card and they refused to reimburse me for something I already paid for in my package. This has been one of the worst client experiences I have ever had!!

We stayed there 2 nights just to get away from home for a couple of days. 1. Came with our dog and of course paid a pet fee. I have no issues with this as I understand the need for a more deep cleaning BUT I do have an issue with paying this fee and getting to a room where both area rugs were full of dog hair - it was obvious they had not been vacuumed for a good long while. I recommend getting rid of the old outdated rugs as they don’t add anything to the room and they pick up all the hair and dirt! 2. Room service food was good! I would recommend a bit more options on the dinner menu but really enjoyed our meal. 3. Recommend you keep some luggage trolleys in the indoor parking so guests don’t have to get the luggage out at front entrance, check-in, bring luggage to room, and go back down to park car underground. 4. Bathroom could need some renovations - a bit outdated with both a small tub and small and dark shower. 5. Bed was very comfortable and the VIEWS were great. Loved that we actually had 2 corners in our room and that we got to see the sun rise. 6. Location is great with everything you could want nearby. We went to see the Magic of Lights- was a great time.
