Stayed here one night while my granddaughter was performing at the nearby fairgrounds with her horse. Check-in staff was pleasant and helpful. Our room was large, clean and comfortable and it was so nice that our dog was welcomed. Breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice, relaxing stay!

I was very impressed with this hotel and staff. We were in Vegas airport coming home and not being able to go to our home due to the flood. I phoned to book a room and they did some juggling around to be able to book us a room. When we got there it was super nice. The staff was very friendly and understanding, dealing with many displaced families. They even waived the pet fees for the families that had their pets with them. The hotel manager has a big heart and even the staff will boast that. The bed was so nice, comfy and had special touches like the comfort of hard or soft pillows and place cards explaining that. Our room had a microwave, mini fridge and to me the luxury of a coffee maker that was idiot proof. I have stayed in some hotels that the coffee maker does not work or you have to actually read the instructions to even figure it out. I noticed downstairs they also had complimentary coffee bar, a small store where you can buy microwave dinners, beverages and even ice cream. They had a pool and my favorite complimentary breakfast. The location it perfect too because not only is safeway right there but you have many, many restaurants close at hand. Even walking distance to Taco Bell(it's in the same parking lot). I will definitely be back and will let everyone know how wonderful this hotel was. Thank you

We stayed in this fairly new hotel after we had displaced from a flood for a week and a half , it was a good experience i would say! From the front clerks were very helpful and nice! Has indoor pool perfect for the kiddos everything clean and comfortable! Rooms were nice and worked for our situation!! We will return here thank u !

Ahhhhhh!!!!$? Omg no. No. No. Everything about this place was just a bit awful leaving me more angry with every passing hour. All of these small angers have culminated in a horrible stay. Horrible. 1. The fan (heat/ac) in the rooms don’t allow for a steady on fan. So if you’re like me and need white noise to sleep, you’re SOL. No fan. No radio. Absolutely nothing. Infuriating. 2. No water fountains. Anyway. I’m dying and can’t get water. Insane. 3. The gym is literally so small the elliptical has to be at an angle to fit in the room. 4. The walls are PAPER thin. I could hear every bit of conversation from the next rooms. 5. I had to call the front desk on the phone to find anyone to come help me because there was no one. No one. 6. You can’t charge your phone at night because when you flip the light switch to turn off the light, it TURNS OFF ALL THE OUTLETS. who does that????? 7. The only blanket they give is so thin it rivals the shower curtain. Because of course there is a shower curtain! As if we are in the dorms… now the blanket is still not at thin as the walls… because do you know what I want to hear at 4:04 in the morning? Not the big bang theory. Not law and order. NOT THE HUNGER GAMES!! NOTHING!! I want to hear nothing!!!!! 8. The breakfast is sad. Sad. Sad. A pitcher of water. A waffle maker. Fruit loops. And for some reason limes. This is the reality. And everyone is so rude. I am blown away. There was hair in the waffle maker which I watched four different staff use and not clean. At one point a staff member saw the trash spilling on the floor and said, “wow that trash is terrible.” She then walked away and joked about how gross the bread was at the breakfast. No one did anything about any of it. Nothing. Trash on the floor. Moldy bread. Hair in the waffle maker. Nothing. I came back AN HOUR LATER and it still wasn’t dealt with. The employee who made the comment was still sitting on her phone never addressing the issue. An hour later. 9. My television would randomly turn itself on in the middle of the night. 10. On the second night of my stay, the toilet stopped working. This place should be shut down. Don’t stay here. There’s no reason to. Go anywhere else. This made me so exhausted I felt sick and actually ended my vacation early because it wasn’t a vacation. I felt worse having stayed here than if I had never come at all. Don’t do it. Don’t stay here. Ever. Bonus note: after reading other reviews I see a chain of defensiveness from the ownership/management. Imagine if they took the time to step away from responding to reviews online and instead put that same effort to fixing the problems in the moment… This was disgusting and I will take the time to file formal complaints with the city and board of tourism. This is not acceptable. I am shocked how bad this was. The toilet stopped working. This isn’t just “oh it was a bad motel bad” this is actually not allowable. This place should be shut down.
