Save yourself some money and your back and stay at the best western or anything else. Spa is a robe you sign for and a filthy hot tub. If you have a disability your gonna have a horrible time getting around, no elevator no ramp and no warning about it. So pack light as you'll be carrying everything. No microwave, no functioning wifi, reserved a room with a view of the lake got there and was told it was occupied so we got a corner with a view of someone else's house. The only reason we stayed was we didn't feel like carrying out stuff through the building again. Location is nice but I guarantee you'll have a better stay at a place off the highway and you'll be able to have a coffee with milk or cream as because here it's the machine with the powder creamer and a 20 min drive to get some milk. You get some coupons for some free hot chocolate when you check in but when you bring your kids to get one your told there out for the day and to try tomorrow. For close to 300 a night nothing was up to par. Oh ya lol also be prepared to get locked out of your room multiple times as your key card gets deactivated very easily so try and have a lead lined pouch to protect your card from other cards and your phone.

We’ve been going back to this hotel a few times now. It’s always a great experience for our family. Value is good, it’s close to Quebec City and both summer and winter activities in the area. The hot tubs and free activities in the hotel property are bonuses. This time around, for some reason, they didn’t have our reservation, which we booked and fully paid for ahead of our trip via booking.com. As a result, we had to move rooms after the first night. Not fun to pack and unpack our things again. Also, for some reason, we had to ask for robes 4 times before we finally got them. Never happened before. I hope they resolve these issues in the future as we wish to keep going back!

Was here for the Conservative party of Quebec Congress,Really nice quiet place to rest clean and attentive staff. We had great service at our table nice ballroom and the food was great. Highly recommend Manoir du Lac Delage for corporate events or for gateway weekend.

Overall, the food and atmosphere were fine. However, the service was very slow, which made the experience less enjoyable. In addition, a 15% tip was manually added to my bill by the waitress without my consent and without any prior notice. There was no indication on the menu or verbally that a gratuity would be applied. I understand tipping culture, but it should always remain the customer’s choice. I hope the management addresses this so it doesn’t happen again.
