I couldn’t be happier calling this building my home. From the very beginning, the leasing and on-site team made the entire experience seamless and genuinely welcoming. Peter was incredibly responsive during the leasing process — he took the time to show me multiple units, answered all my questions, and handled the paperwork quickly and efficiently, which made the move-in process stress-free. On move-in day, Prabin went above and beyond. I was on my own, and he was there helping me unload my car, transport my belongings, and get everything into the elevator. His kindness and willingness to help made a huge difference and left a lasting impression from day one. While there have been a couple of minor deficiencies — which is expected in a brand-new building — Prabin and Mark have both been outstanding in their response. Their turnaround time has been incredibly fast, and issues have been addressed professionally and without hesitation. The building itself is beautiful, well-managed, and thoughtfully run, but it’s truly the people who make it exceptional. Huge thanks to Prabin, Mark, and Peter for creating such a positive living experience.

Great apartment building for rent. High level amenities and services. Management team is very helpful and supportive. Peter gave us a great tour and really helped with all the paperwork. Alex was very understanding and supportive with respect to all questions and concerns we had upon moving into the building. Prabin and Mark are quick to help and address all issues and/or questions we have with respect to the water/heating/parking or storage in the building. We saw how this building was built and we could not wait to move into it. It is in the perfect neighborhood, with fanatastic store and restaurant choices around and close to a scenic Rockcliffe neighborhood.

This to express my sincere appreciation and complete satisfaction with my experience since moving into Minto appartment at 88 Beechwood Avenue, two months ago. The transition into my new place has been for me and my Family exceptionally smooth, which is a testament to the professionalism and helpfulness of the entire team at work there. I would like to certainly commend here all the staff, and in particular mention Peter, with whom everything started, and who ensured the initial leasing process with efficiency and great welcoming. His professionalism set a fantastic first impression. I should mention Pravin, the vigilant team member, who is always there where needed and whose reassuring presence has been of great help to start our new life in the beautiful building. I cannot forget Mark, the man everywhere, the one whose quick work and friendly demeanor make sure everything is handled efficiently…with always the right smile! It is clear that the team at Minto at 88 Beechwood takes great pride in their work, and that effort truly makes a difference. Living here has exceeded my expectations, and I am very happy to call this my new home in the Beechwood Village neighbourhood. Noureddine

Major kudos to the 88 Beechwood team. Peter, Marc, Prabin and Jason went above and beyond in every detail making our move-in and transition smooth, easy and full of smiles. These guys are the best, and continue to be the best as we adapt to our new life here. The building and its facilities are lovely.Highly recommend living here.
