Excellent room, service was great. Check in was extremely quick, keys in hand in moments. Quite nice hotel. Location is a bit out of the way, we were going sticking to the plaza for this trip. For that purpose it's a perfect place.

Location is convenient. Beds were not comfortable and were quite soft. Front desk staff not typically at the desk- you’ll have to wait a bit for them to notice you waiting to have them come out from the back room. Typical breakfast selection for this type of hotel. There is no waffle maker

We stayed one night at this hotel. The beds were okay and we slept fine overall. Unfortunately, the TV kept shutting off and only worked about half the time. In the morning, we noticed dirty toenail clippings on the side of the nightstand along with a chocolate chip, which clearly showed the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. We reported this to the front desk, but the only compensation offered was a bottle of water, which seemed odd given the situation.

We pulled in due to bad weather, and the highway not being safe to drive. Checked-in around 2am. We were charged $299 for a king bed on the fifth floor. When we asked about government/group rate--the question was ignored. The person working had a knowledge gap in using the systems for booking, checking in, and payment. We were not asked if we had CAA (5% discount). I realized that there was a CAA discount after checking in. In the morning, when checking out I attempted to have either the government/group rate or CAA discount applied. The staff were unable to process it. Essentially $299 for a room, for a night that isn't really the nicest is insane pricing. The breakfast is only open from 6am-9am or 7am-10am, which again which is a very short window. The breakfast is very limited in options and variety, which is insane for the price we paid for a single night. The bathrooms on the main floor are in disrepair--taps broken in the men's and the stalls in the women's have broken locks. We also never received our email receipt. Essentially a giant mess.
