Although the room was a bit dated, it was clean and well-maintained. The mattress is on the softer side rather than firm. I liked the feather pillow a lot. All of the hotel staff - reception, housekeeping, and even the casino dealers - were incredibly friendly 😊 I had a relaxing and fun stay here. The location is very convenient, and I enjoyed Atlas once again, this time from the comfort of our room. Overall, a pleasant experience!

Stayed here last night and it was a great experience. I only stayed 1 evening and had a late night check in. Check in was super easy, and the room was very clean despite some spots of ware and tear. The bed was comfy and spacious. I ended up eating breakfast at the Villa Bistro which had good food & great service. At the end of my meal they even asked if id like a coffee to go which was a nice touch! I also checked out the casino, and if you like slot machines this is an excellent casino. Lots of variety of popular machines. They didn't have a large selection of 3 reels, but the ones I found were great and decent betting values. Was an excellent last minute stay-cation!

This hotel is very dated. Still trying to be a 4 star hotel but so dated and the hotel showing its age. The owner seems they don’t really care with outdated advertising by over a year old. They have a iPhone 4 charger station to charge your phone.

Who rated this hotel to be a 4-star?!?! 1. The bathroom had a ‘shower curtain’ for god’s sake and there wasn’t any bathrobes either. This was the situation on the 14th floor, so I can’t imagine what it would be like on lower floors😂. 2. Some of the staff had couldn’t-care-less attitude(except for the housekeeping ladies). 3. Dear fellow Bonvoy members, please do NOT stay here because they have the worst breakfast choices IN THE WORLD- you get to choose one between 2 dishes, yeah you heard me right, 2 dishes, not from the whole menu😂😂😂 If you’re going to charge me CAD300 a night, at least have some decent facility and hire people with nicer attitude please. The room was spacious, but the ac was too noisy and I had to use earplugs at night. The shower started dripping on the second day and splashed all over the floor but I was too tired and couldn’t be bothered so I just kept the shower curtain shut.
