The room was fine, despite the furnishings being outdated. The views are lovely, with floor to ceiling windows. Huge TV. We got a discounted price, I would not pay full price. Our problem was with room service. We were specifically asked when ordering how many people would be dining. I said two, and they only brought cutlery for one person. So we had to share a fork and knife.. By the time we noticed, it was too late to catch the delivery person, and we wanted to eat our food hot. At least the food was decent. The little things matter - one-ply toilet paper, only two regular coffee pods (nespresso) for a room which sleeps four, and only one luggage holder. However, there were plenty of towels, and the mini fridge was appreciated. Also, it is quite a long walk to get to the casino from the hotel (all indoors) so I suggest bringing comfy shoes.

Hotel was nice. Staff great. Room not so good. Mattress was old and squeaked everytime you moved. Got up in the morning for early flight and tub and shower had no water. Had to wash in sink andrace out door. Told front desk staff and they said someone would get back to us. Not a peep. Heard nothing

We call this hotel as our other home because it’s very close to our city. Beautiful place with great views. Convenient location, close to other facilities. Nice, clean rooms. Lake view, usually comes with coffee machine, small fridge and microwave. Staff is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Sunday brunch is always a great, delicious meal. Lots of options to choose from. Room service is great too. Has spa, pool & gym facilities. Lobby has beautiful relaxing place while your waiting for someone or just want to enjoy alone time. Definitely recommend it to everyone.

It says 4 star, but it's a 5 star for the service. Couple time I went there, always upgraded as gold member, always smiling, caring about you understanding the hotel But I wanna thank the honesty of the team because on our last night this monday, we forgot a pharmacy bag with much stuff in it Hilton found it, shipped it by purolator got it at my house the next day what to say except "wow" good job Hilton, Lac Leamy hotel is one of the best ive been in
