I would like to give a special shoutout to Mali for being such an exceptional Resident manager. I lived at Hollyburn properties from the time I first moved to Vancouver, first in North Vancouver and later at the English Bay tower , and I can confidently say that Mali is the best building manager I have ever had. The building was always impeccably clean, and Mali was consistently present and supportive whenever residents needed assistance, even on her days off. Beyond her professionalism, she has such a warm and uplifting spirit that every interaction with her instantly brightens your day. Her personality creates genuine, lasting connections with residents. Even though I no longer live at Hollyburn, we still keep in touch. In fact, just a few days ago a friend’s mother had been searching for a studio for quite some time. I introduced them to Mali, and thanks to the wonderful impression she made, they finalized a deal the very same day. Thank you for everything, Mali!

We recently moved into this building, and Mali has been incredibly helpful, far beyond our expectations. She is highly professional, patient, and consistently supportive with everyone. Our move-in process was completely hassle-free; everything was prepared in advance and handled with great care and consideration. It’s clear that Mali knows the building inside and out and manages it exceptionally well. The building is well-maintained, and we are very satisfied with our experience so far. The building is very well maintained, and this is clearly a result of Mali’s excellent management. She is knowledgeable, organized, and handles everything with professionalism. Any interaction with her is smooth and stress-free, as she is always helpful. It’s obvious that she understands every aspect of the building and manages it efficiently.
