Older hotel with a really cool story and history to it, ask the staff to learn more, very cool. The hotel being older causes the floors, hallways, and rooms to feel a little vintage, but the amenities in the rooms are up to date. There are two microwaves for guest use in the lobby, where there is no microwaves in the rooms. Staff were very friendly and easy to work with.

Had a great stay. I had booked a king room a month in advance and I got 2 doubles. All I had to do was call down and within 2 minutes I had an upgraded king room. Rooms were spotless, shower had amazing pressure, and all the staff I interacted with were extremely friendly. I loved having a heated indoor parking spot too. Thank you Four Points for an amazing and affordable stay!

I’ve stayed at the Four Points hotel a couple of times, and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, with decent amenities. The staff are friendly and helpful, adding to the overall comfort. The location is excellent — right across the Ottawa River on the Quebec side — making it easy to get to attractions and business spots. Prices are reasonable for the area, offering good value overall. It’s a reliable and convenient choice in Canada's Capital Region (Ottawa-Gatineau).

Hotel was fine, underground parking was convenient rooms were clean-typical marriot experience. Girls at the front desk were so meh and unfriendly. Seemed like they were doing favors answering questions! They kept talking to each other and felt like we were interrupting their conversations.
