There was an unexpected incident in our unit, and we had to move out on short notice. I booked this hotel because the location was convenient for me, but I truly believe they deserve a great review. The customer service was outstanding, especially Harpreet. Since I usually work from home, she kindly helped us get a room that allowed me to work comfortably and without interruption. I really appreciated her support and professionalism. They also offer complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus. The room cleaning service was very fast and thorough. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for tourists or for anyone who, like me, needs a convenient and comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed here for a short business trip and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service was good throughout my stay. Complimentary breakfast is included for all room types, which is a nice bonus. The biggest highlight is the excellent downtown location. Everything is literally a stone’s throw away. Canada Place, Coal Harbour, Stanley Park, and Gastown are all within walking distance. If you are travelling light, Waterfront Station is just around the corner and offers a direct connection to YVR Airport via the Canada Line (Metro Vancouver), which is incredibly convenient. Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Rating: ★★☆☆☆ I want to start by giving a huge shout-out to Pushpa. They were incredibly helpful, professional, and easily the best part of my stay. Unfortunately, the service from this staff member couldn't make up for the poor condition of the hotel itself. The hotel is currently in very bad shape. My experience included: * Room Quality: The rooms are far too small and had a persistent, unpleasant odor. * Cleanliness: The bathroom was not cleaned properly prior to my arrival, which is a basic expectation. * Parking: There is no on-site parking, which is a massive setback for anyone traveling with a vehicle in downtown Vancouver. Unless major renovations and cleanliness standards are addressed, I wouldn’t recommend staying here despite the excellent front-end service.

Great value for money! We came to visit turkish embassy and it was walking distance away from the hotel. The rooms were clean and breakfast is complimentary. Very good stay overall!
