The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything worked well and was maintained in the room with the exception of 1 bed light that dimly flickered. (room 612). Friendly welcoming front desk staff, greeting with correct Hilton manner. Perfect spoken french and english. Complimentary parking was easy once I worked out where the card scan was. Shower was easy to use, heated fast with a relatively new showerhead that had a good neat downstream pour. Towels were clean, white and a decent thickness. I would stay again.

For the amount we paid, the hotel did not feel worth the price. The breakfast experience was disappointing. The food was often cold, and refills were not done quickly, even though there were many guests. The lobby area where breakfast was served felt overcrowded, with limited seating, making it uncomfortable and stressful to find a place to sit during busy hours. On a positive note, the check-in and check-out staff were excellent, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained, which we appreciated. Housekeeping did a good job, and the room itself was comfortable enough for sleeping. However, the hotel’s location is quite far from downtown. If you arrive late in the evening, there are no nearby restaurants open, and even Uber Eats was not available after 12 am, which made finding food very difficult. Transportation options were also limited late at night. We paid $257 per night and stayed for four nights. Considering the price, location, and overall experience, the hotel did not meet our expectations.

2nd time staying here, but it'll be the last time. NOISE. NOISE. NOISE. I'm writing this review at 1 am after being waken up by noisy guests on this floor. Got assigned to a room with connecting door to the adjacent room with noisy guests. Who lets their kids run around on a hotel floor, making so much noise at midnight!? NO SOUNDPROOFING AT ALL. Paid $200+ after tax and there's no microwave in the standard room. But a motel (less than $150/night) would have a microwave provided. This is a "Hampton Inn"? Also, the only good thing about the breakfast is that it's complimentary. Never again.

Hotel was very clean and staff was friendly. Parking was confusing, make sure you get your ticket validated or you will pay full price. Breakfast was also a problem, The breakfast food was inadequate with the amount of guests. Most items where out and lines of those waiting was large. Management needs to redesign that area to accommodate the guests. Also more hooks to hang things such as jackets and hats when you walk in the room.
