Very calm and quiet, staff is extremely friendly and polite. Rooms are very clean, new & fresh. Bed comfort was decent. Parking is free and plenty of restaurants & accomodations for shopping etc nearby within walking distance. Plenty of towels & very comfortable sized room. I would book here again.

Barbara at the front desk and Isabelle in the lounge ( bar) were so helpful and courteous. They both made us feel at so comfortable at at home. We will certainly recommend that our friends and family stay here if travelling to the St Jerome area.

We needed a comfortable location to stay before our return flight and we wanted to be in the proximity to Montreal city and the airport. And the BW St. Jerome did not disappoint! Our room was very spacious, super clean and comfy. The included breakfast was also very good. The staff was very professional and welcoming at all times. The hotel is surrounded by several great restaurants and there is also an option to go to St Jerome (walkable distance) as it is very cute. The best thing is that you can actually take a direct train from St Jerome to Montreal and visit the city without a car, avoiding the busy traffic. The drive to the international airport of Montreal takes about 40 min with the medium traffic. This hotel is hence a great alternative to staying in the city and offers VERY good value for money.

Stayed there for a full week, room and breakfast were great. Only downside it that they refused to honor their loyalty rewards point policy, saying that the card used to pay was a company card, and according to them, it needs to be to the same name as the best western loyalty account. They offered discount voucher to their restaurant instead.
