Great location and value for Montreal. The hotel has a small kitchen and a varenda. Our room was on tbe 15th floor with a view of the mountains. Close to Saint Catherine's which has several high end stores like Rhodeo Drive and many restaurants. Also close to tne metro, and the hotel is ideal for exploring the city. We liked the hotel so much that we stayed there again, and this time had view of the city on the 14th floor. Forgot to mention that it comes with self serve breakfast which was pretty good. Great value for your stay in Montreal.

Staff are lovely and the room had everything we needed. Iron and board, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Clean, but not spotless, and the baby cot provided was a travel cot with no mattress. The room was miles too hot and the pool was miles too cold. It could do with being slightly more wheels accessible.Breakfast was fine. Onsite parking was limited and $25 p/d. I'd stay here again.

When I was first checking in, I was informed I needed to pay the deposit & total cost of the stay all in one time which I was not previously told. I was told via email before, I could pay the total amount on check out so this was a surprise to me. The hotel's location is central to everything which I did like. The wiring in the hotel was not good. Our lamp flickered and when we would plug a charger into the wall, it was loose. I did not like that. The room itself was good, the bed was comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was very basic: bagels, cereal, toast, tea and coffee. I did decide to eat out for breakfast, which I would recommend due to having dietary requirements and again the options were very limited. I was visiting family so the hotel was handy for its location. But the one thing that has annoyed me is I never recieved my deposit back, despite waiting for it. Other hotels I have previously stayed in returned the money a few days after I left. So, this is why I have given a lower star rating. Some of the staff are nice, like only two that I met. On check-in, the woman was offish with us and as a brit, we recognise this behaviour but I was too tired to respond so I let it go.

We had a good stay at L’Appartement Hotel. The room was big, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The location is great — about a 25-minute walk to Old Montreal, which we really enjoyed. Service was okay overall. We didn’t interact much with staff, but the front desk team was friendly. The pool is nice, and the gym is also a good bonus. They do have on-site parking, but I didn’t like that it wasn’t included and that we had to pay $25 for it. The only downside for me was the breakfast. There weren’t many options, and unfortunately no plant-based milk or plain yogurt. It was fine, but could definitely be improved. Overall, a solid stay with a great location and spacious rooms.
