I had a viewing with Dylan today. He was very professional and friendly. Everything went smoothly, and I’m glad I decided to come in. Updated review: Great start, but terrible follow-through. While the initial viewing with Dylan was professional and smooth, the subsequent communication has been appalling. My application took much longer than the stated 2 days, and eventually, I was met with total radio silence. Nobody answers the phone, and after nearly two weeks of waiting for an update, I never received an answer—only my deposit back. A very disappointing experience overall

Really disappointed with the management here. How does a residential building fail to provide parking for the people who actually live in it? It’s ridiculous. For what we pay, this should not even be an issue. Seriously needs to be fixed — residents deserve better. On top, I got provided by the wrong email adresse. Could you please provide me by a valid phone number.

I’ve had a good experience living in this apartment so far. The building is well-maintained, and whenever I’ve had a concern, the manager, George, has been helpful and responsive. He listens to residents and does his best to come up with solutions in a timely way. It’s reassuring to have someone approachable managing the place. Overall, I’m satisfied with how things are handled here. George’s professionalism and consistent support make everyday living here a bit easier, and it’s definitely appreciated.

I must say the Manager is so professional, polite and shows interest in not just your problems or issues but in you as a person. The building is clean and it feels refreshing We are very happy with him. As for the custodians, polite,courteous and friendly. Up and all my five thumbs up
