I had a very positive experience living in this building for 3 years. Building management was professional and helpful, always answering promptly to any requests. The building itself was well maintained and in great condition, and the rooftop patio has a fantastic view of the city.

I would not recommend living here. Management is consistently unhelpful and unresponsive—every issue I’ve raised has ultimately been left for me to resolve on my own. The superintendent is very dismissive of problems. It’s clear that management does not care about their tenants or show even basic consideration for people’s well-being. The level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and certainly not worth the money. It's very disheartening because I moved here from Toronto and the management here has not made my transition any easier.

My wife and I lived in Unit 510, which features one bedroom, a den, and a balcony facing West. The unit includes in-suite laundry and stainless steel appliances: fridge, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and stacked washer and dryer. The kitchen cupboards offer somewhat limited space, but with smart organization, you can store all your kitchen utensils and food. The unit is especially spacious for two people, and the den is very functional—there’s enough room to set up a home office with a large desk for two. We appreciated that the units are well insulated, as we never heard any noise from our neighbours. The large windows allow for plenty of natural light, which is particularly valuable during the winter months when daylight is limited. The building amenities are top-notch, especially the rooftop patio with gas BBQs and the well-equipped gym. The proximity to convenience stores, grocery stores (Independent to the north and Loblaws to the south), drugstores, the LCBO, and public transportation makes daily life much easier. Everyone at Tamarack Flora and the Taggart management team has been extremely professional and quick to respond.
