Overall, I felt well received. The hotel staff were courteous and respectful, although a minor incident occurred during breakfast. I would like to clarify that this issue in no way concerns the reception staff. I am sharing the situation below for your consideration, should it be helpful for future improvements. My daughter injured her finger in the dining area and began to bleed. However, no bandages were available to stop the bleeding. I was surprised to find that the first aid kit was not up to date. According to WSIB Regulation 1101, a first aid kit must be easily accessible, properly maintained, and inspected regularly. The regulation specifically requires a minimum of four inspections per year. In a hotel environment where numerous guests are present daily, adhering strictly to these requirements is essential. The room was clean and met expectations, although the beds were not large enough to comfortably accommodate two people. The sink was partially clogged, causing the water to drain slowly. There is no body wash at all. Breakfast was satisfactory. There was also sufficient parking space available.

Stay away There were parking issues - no spots available and security instructed me to park in a snow bank beside a fire hydrant and when I said no had me park in a spot reserved for another room. Room not clean - sink didn't drain well, no shampoo in the shower, poor water pressure in shower, sequins on the bed. Rooms need a deep clean. Noisy heating unit -woke me up every time it turned on. Hockey team throwing tennis ball in hallway at 11:00 PM -respectfully stopped as we walked by but why was it happening that late at night. Went to use workout room and it was not open - took almost 30 min to get the room open, key card didn't work and the deadbolt was locked.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a nice bonus, there was a good variety and the food was good. Hot coffee ☕️ 😋.

We were in Ottawa to tour the university. I have no complaints about the hotel or the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The one thing I would recommend is that they fix the parking lot lighting at the front left corner of the building. Perhaps this has been done now, it just made the area dark and feel a little less secure at night.
