This apartment is absolutely perfect. The view outside the window is very pleasant. The facilities inside are brand - new. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor, and a public barbecue area on the top floor. It's so convenient! The apartment administrator is very enthusiastic. I'm so grateful for the help and patience from the Mogan team. I'm also very thankful to Shanon for providing me with translation services and help after I moved in! Due to internet issues in China, during the process of renting an apartment and paying the rent, Morgan and the Resident Administration team demonstrated exceptional professionalism and patience until all my problems were resolved. They are a trustworthy and professional team. Thank you very much!

Living here has been frustrating. The year-long restaurant construction caused ongoing noise and disruption with very little communication or consideration for residents. Building seems to only care about generating revenue. Management responsiveness is poor. Maintenance concerns and claims require repeated follow-ups, and getting clear answers is difficult. There is constant turnover among front desk and administrative staff, and even when calling by phone, employees are unsure of procedures and provide conflicting information. Each interaction feels like starting over, with no consistency or accountability. Also, there is a frequent police presence at the building, which does not contribute to a sense of stability or comfort. Overall, the management and service do not reflect the standard you would expect from a professionally run building. Prospective tenants should do thorough research before committing.🤙🏼

As we are newcomer, we had stressful days searching apartment and staying at the hotels. Finally when we found this place, everything went fast and smoothly. We settled after a few days. This is the 3rd month already and we re very satisfied about the apartment, common areas(we love the place called FOYER at 12th floor with fantastic view of the river and city), events(yoga) they organize. Especially friendly staff, first one Morgan which we get our first tour at site and finished to paperwork to move in. Then Anthony, Gino always welcomed us and felt like we re at our home country. And Muhammed is there when you need something to fix at the apartment. I highly recommend this place specially for newcomers, not much procedures, references etc. All utilities included in rental. Indoor outdoor garage available for your cars. We plan to spend worry free winter, no need to snow removal etc. ohh best thing this place is pet friendly. We did not bring our dog as we didn’t expect to find such place so easy, we re going to bring it soon for sure…

Became a resident in 2023, got my first lease renewal at 8%. Okay, that hurt, but I accepted it. The building was worth it. Just received my second renewal, 16.23%. Due to "section f", until September 2026 they can increase your rent by any amount they feel is appropriate. Something which they should have been far more transparent about during the lease signing process. To any current tenants, be wary of any rent increases coming your way. My rent went up 24% while living here, whether it's legal or not, let that be a warning for the type of ownership the building operates under.
