Before arrival, we had changed my reservation, but at check-in the front desk said the rest of the stay hadn’t been updated and wanted to charge me more. We ended up spending another 30 minutes on the phone with Hilton customer service to get the issue corrected. That part was frustrating, and the front desk staff weren’t particularly helpful. The room itself was decent. The bed was very comfortable and the large balcony was a nice bonus. The bathroom was clean, but it lacked small amenities I usually expect, like a shower cap and similar extras. The biggest downside for me was the carpeting — I have a dust allergy and the carpets didn’t feel very clean, which made the room less comfortable overall. The ventilation system in the room was also very noisy. That said, the hotel itself is nice, clean, and modern-looking. The décor is updated, and the restaurant downstairs is pleasant. There’s also a small convenience shop on site, which is handy, though quite overpriced. Overall, the stay was okay, but the check-in issue and room details took away from what could have been a better experience.

Sharing this as a buyer beware....In summary, great property/staff with a history of cars being stolen from the parking lot. I've been staying at this property for over 2 years now and have always had pleasant stays. The staff are friendly. The restaurant food is great compared to most hotel food. The gym located in the basement is way nicer than most hotel gyms. The dogs that sit with the bellman are super sweet and a nice pick me up. During my stay this week my rental car was stolen from the hotel parking lot. While making my report with the Peel Regional Police I was informed that there had been 5-6 vehicles stolen in the past week at that hotel. I shared this with the manager (Arie) and he disputed this and said it must be 'in the area' as it wasn't that many from their parking lot. They do have security cameras in the parking lot now. And the staff was great about helping me make the police report and then get me a ride back to the airport but it appears they have had a lot of practice dealing with stolen cars (read older reviews). Pro tip - Per the police, the most stolen cars in the area are Lexus, Jeep Wranglers, Toyota Highlander/Rav4s, and Honda CRVs.

Had a great stay here a few weeks ago. Kamran at the front desk was incredibly kind and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make my stay a good experience. Excellent customer service! Rooms were clean, though I wish the tubs were a bit more modern (I prefer a glass shower). Other than that, my stay was great.

Brace yourself this is long: The Good: -Fast Online Chat communications from Staffs -Easy online check-in without the need for front desk -Lifeguards are friendly at the pool -Heated pool -mini fridge was decent and clean -Smart TV and smart chargers -Big Premium King space room -Powerful toilet flush -Shower with tub -Robes in the room -Pool slide is decent and fun for all ages -The WYNN GYM access: they had an amazing equipments with pickle ball court and sauna. It is very clean. -Spa access -QUEST RESTAURANT saved my horrid pool experience from hell but gave QUEST 5 STARS separate review. -The room was immaculate in the Executive North Tower 15th floor. -Elevators were fast when I was there -Ample of parking The Bad: -no microwave in the room -Dirty pool floor and puddles everywhere and some area so it looks like it’s flooded. -Towels are in this big rolling bin with a sign saying “LAUNDRY” so everyone was looking for the clean towels not knowing that’s where the clean towels are located. -whirlpool was full of kids so forget that if you want to relax. -Rowdy rambunctious kids running, jumping, splashing, pool water around not to mention a few people left including 2 Seniors with their lil one because they were constantly getting hit by a flying beach balls. We left because I was almost hit numerous times and good thing my partner prevented one as he yelled at one of the kids after asking them to move somewhere else to play with the ball. All these kids had 2 beach balls spiking from the main pool to the jetted whirlpool and running around. -No drinks or food but guests were walking around with drinks. -The hallways are cold -Parking is $16 -Their to go pantry was waaaayyyyy too overpriced like I was in Vegas again
