During our search for a rental, we had the opportunity to view a newly renovated unit with the help of Marco, the building manager. He was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and genuinely willing to help us find a place that suited our situation. Although the building itself is older, the renovated unit felt fresh and well cared for, and the view was absolutely lovely. Marco took the time to walk us through everything and made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. We truly appreciated his professionalism and warm approach. Thank you, Marco!

The residents are lovely and the building manager Marco Wong is dedicated. He puts the needs of the elderly residents first. He is always friendly and patient. He has good communication skills and follows up with emails. He is also flexible.

Since the new management team has taken over, the overall experience living in this apartment has improved noticeably. One of the most positive changes has been the significant improvement in cleanliness. The common areas are now well maintained, garbage bins aren鈥檛 over filled, hallways and shared spaces are kept much cleaner, and it鈥檚 clear that regular attention is being given to the upkeep of the property.

I have lived in the building for about 14 years. Since Larco's bought the building it has been a disaster. Minimal cleaning service, no garbage removal for 4 weeks in a row ,leaking compost, horrible smell in the parkade and no manager on site. The whole place is infested with mice . Use to be an amazing building with beautiful garden and swimming pool to enjoy. Every summer the common areas were spray washed ,flowers planted and pool was maintained everyday. Thats not the case now . This company has no safe hygiene protocol to maintain a building. Since Larco Investments bought the property in 2020, tenants have reported a drastic decline in the management of their building. Maple leaf Management owned by Larco do not follow any maintenance policies mandated under RTA .The building is in violation of health and safety standards endangering the residents. Repeated heating failures in the winter due to inadequate boiler repairs. An elevator broken for months, prompting safety concerns for tenants with mobility issues. Neglected trash pick-up, resulting in putrid smells and pest infestations Failure to service washing machines for months The pool, which residents pay for, being unusable for 4 years Tenants report that with the absence of adequate building management, these issues only get addressed when they involve City Staff. This unnecessarily drains the city鈥檚 resources and forces residents to work excessively to perform the duties of the neglectful landlord.
