Best cost benefit for apartments. Very well located. Close to lines 800/801, stores, shoppings, schools, etc.

The quality of the buildings looks very low and the sound insulation is not very good.

The management team cut our bike locks without warning. Then, they refused to reimburse us. When we transferred the lease, we were charged $250 without any justification. (We took all the necessary steps to find someone to take over the lease.) They know that most of their tenants don't have the legal resources to defend themselves, and they take advantage of that. There was also a cockroach problem in our building.

I'm surprised by the number of negative reviews. Perhaps the quality of these buildings and their services has declined significantly over the years. Personally, I was very satisfied with the condition of the premises and the maintenance staff throughout my stay. However, renovations and maintenance are very frequent, so you should expect to have the concierge or maintenance staff visit your apartment often. But when there is a problem, it is resolved very quickly. Furthermore, the apartments are well-insulated and secure.
