Icon is an excellent Service Coordinator who is professional, responsive, and always follows through to make sure resident issues are resolved quickly and smoothly. Cristian is a fantastic Superintendent who is friendly but also professional and helpful whenever residents need assistance.

I reached-out to Icon (Service Coordinator) regarding raising a exterior step, to help me negotiate it with a bad knee. After I provided pictures, and some effective coordination over email on behalf of Icon, the repair was performed the next day! :) A new layer of stone dust was compressed, and leveled tiles installed under the concrete step. The repair looks good and the stair is a breeze to use now. I appreciate the care, kindness and professionalism of the Minto maintenance and office teams that support us here in Court-3. All the best as we quickly head towards 2026!

I just moved into a Minto apartment and have been very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Thanks to my Service Coordinator- Icon and Superintendent - Cristian and Paula the Leasing Consultant. We felt very welcomed and stress free the entire process when dealing with these individuals at Minto. I felt that they went out of there way for us and even answered my emails after regular working hours. It's been great dealing with them and now we can settle in to welcome our baby into our new home.

Icon (Service Coordinator) and Cristian (Superintendent) have been doing a great job. They responded to my dishwasher issue quickly, clearly explained the situation, and arranged the repair in a timely manner. Their professionalism and prompt communication made the process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate their help and would recommend their service to others.
