The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The airport shuttle service was punctual and convenient, making early morning travel stress-free. The hotel’s location near the airport is ideal for travelers who value convenience without sacrificing comfort. I also enjoyed the on-site dining options — the food was fresh and nicely presented, and the service was attentive. While everything was great overall, a few areas of the property could benefit from minor updates to match the otherwise high standard of the Hilton brand.

We booked two rooms. A king and two queens. This hotel is very convenient to the YYZ. Leaving the airport by shuttle, the ride is less than 5 min. The ride from the hotel can be a little longer with traffic but manageable. The rooms are a little worn but clean and simple. Beds and linens are comfortable. Bathroom is tight but manageable fo4 a short overnight stay. The lobby bar is adequate and the food menu appears interesting but we didn't eat at this hotel. Where this hotels fails is the noise of the building. Unless you have earplugs or are a heavy sleeper you will hear every door that opens and closes down the hallway, conversations near or adjacent to your room, or flight traffic. I maybe slept for 3 hours. If you prioritize a good night's sleep and want to feel rested for travel this property may not be a good option if you are a light sleeper. If you value convenience and price this is a pretty good option.

We stay here every time we are in Toronto (usually twice a year). It is conveniently located near the airport, the shuttle is super convenient and the amenities are top notch. The rooms are always clean and staff are always friendly. They also usually have great room upgrades. One of our favourite employees to see there is Carl out front. He is always so helpful and friendly and we look forwarding to seeing him every time. Our last time there we didn’t see him at first which was disappointing but before we left he was there and as helpful and friendly as always. He definitely makes our stays there so much better. Overall we always have a great experience at this hotel!

We booked a King Corner Suite for a valentines staycation, and we were not disappointed. They had the lobby decorated for valentines at a level you don't normally see unless it's Christmas time. They even had a little snack cart with sweets that you could go to from 5pm-11pm to choose between chocolates, candies, and other treats. Carl, the hotel manager, was so nice in receiving guests and chit chatting while guests decided what to pick. He even gave a pro-tip: come back at Halloween, as they go all out. The breakfast buffet was pretty good, lots of options including freshly made omelets. They have a "heated" indoor pool...while not cold, I wouldn't necessarily say it was heated, but you get used to it after a bit. Overall, would come back again, either as a transit hotel or just a place to hang out and get away for a bit.
