I had such a great experience during my stay. From the moment I arrived, everyone was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful, which honestly made a big difference. I was there to celebrate my birthday, and they really went out of their way to make it feel special. They kindly covered breakfast for me, which was such a thoughtful gesture, and they also allowed me to stay later on New Year’s, which I really appreciated and didn’t expect. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well kept, and everything felt calm and relaxing. The food was good, fresh, and enjoyable, and overall the atmosphere made the stay even better. I left feeling well taken care of and genuinely happy with my experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, welcoming, and accommodating stay.

Stayed one night in their king room suit . It was beautiful. Clean and large enough to feel at home. It had 2 TV. 2 sofas . A seperate living room area was nice . Staff was polite .

I’m really disappointed with how I was treated here. I won’t go into details, but it was enough for me to cancel my loyalty card and membership and move all my points to Aeroplan. Sometimes hotel clerks and managers need to remember that being a human being comes before policies and procedures. One important heads-up for anyone staying here: make sure you have physical ID with you. Digital passports or driver’s licenses on your phone were not accepted, and that alone created a frustrating experience.

This hotel has been remodeled and is in good condition. They have a resuturant which serves breakfast and dinner. The food was good. There is a grill in the courtyard which you can use. You will need a lighter, I got that from the resturant. They have a swimming pool and hot tub and gym. The swimming pool is not heated so is very cold. The hot tub has too many chemicals in it and It irritated my skin. Free parking and internet. 3 stars due to the ice cold pool and hotub as that is the reason I booked the hotel. Staff is very nice.
