For the price this location was really good. Bed was very comfortable. Some of the furniture was really shabby. Desk surface was pitted, drawers wouldn’t open, lamp shade was severely stained. Biggest turn off was women’s sticky handprints on wall above bed.

Was touring Quebec City and decided on this hotel based on the pictures of the room and the amenities that were provided. Upon arriving at the location the check in instructions were detailed and clear. The room represented the pictures to the T, and everything was clean and immaculate. Shampoo, body wash and hair conditioner was provided, however would have been nice if they provided moisturizer. The location was okay. If you want to visit old Quebec it is a 30 minute walk, and there are lot of homeless people around the area. The only negative feedback that I would give is that the property asked for a security deposit which was not told upfront when booking this room through Booking.com. Would I come back to this hotel/loft, probably not, as there are better ones near Old Quebec for a better price for which you don’t need to give a security deposit.

Very nice rooms, very clean great location, 15-20 minutes walk to Heart of the old town. Lots of restaurants very close. Nice room darkening curtains. Highly recommend. Parking just across the street in a parkade $18.00 overnight.

Building entrance is difficult/impossible for people with disabilities (steep short ramp up to the door and you need to face left to punch in a code). There is no on-site staff. The room was bright and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfy. This place is close to all sorts of good restaurants and shops. Its a short walk (though up steep hills or staircases) to the old town.
