Incredible place. Very friendly staff. Quick service. Valet service was amazing. The smell throughout the hotel is amazing. The restaurant was beautiful and food was so good. Didn't get to experience the spa services this trip but intend to go back again. It's nice that they are pet friendly as well!

I really enjoy staying at this hotel and there are many things it does very well. The rooms are always comfortable, clean, and well organized, which makes every stay relaxing. The location is also excellent and very convenient. I’ve also had good experiences with the staff and valet service, which are professional and efficient. These things are why I continue to return. However, I am very disappointed by a few things that I would not expect from a 5-star hotel. First, the TV entertainment options are extremely limited. There are no movies available to rent or purchase, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. Even more confusing, there are only two apps available on the TV: Netflix and YouTube. While Netflix would normally be fine, it actually does not work because the hotel has blocked it “for safety reasons,” as I was told by the front desk. This doesn’t make much sense—if the app is blocked, why have it available for guests to log into in the first place? The biggest issue, though, is the jacuzzi on the highest floor. It seems to be closed almost every time I stay here. Out of the last four to six visits, it has been closed most of the time. From what I understand, it has been closed for over a year and a half for “maintenance,” which is unbelievable for a hotel of this standard. What’s even more frustrating is that the website still advertises the jacuzzi with a beautiful photo and does not mention anywhere that it has been closed for such a long time. Overall, I still enjoy many aspects of this hotel, but these issues—especially the long-term closure of the jacuzzi and the confusing TV situation—are disappointing and should really be addressed, particularly for a hotel that markets itself as a 5-star experience.

I recently spent 3 nights here for a trip that cost nearly $1,500, and honestly, the experience was a total letdown. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I know what a hotel should look like, and this place missed the mark on almost every front. I specifically chose this hotel because they advertised an outdoor hot tub, which was a huge draw for me. To my frustration, it was closed during our entire stay with zero notice. To make matters worse, the room itself was a mess—broken towel racks, unfinished trim, and exposed concrete. It was so bad we actually had to switch rooms mid-stay. They also market these rooms as having a kitchenette with a stovetop, but they provide zero cookware. What is the point of a kitchen if you can’t actually use it? Then there’s the billing. They tried to charge me almost double for a mini-bar item ($99.95 instead of the $59.00 listed on their menu). When I brought it to management, they just blamed a "system error." It really feels like they’re just hoping people don't check their bills. The manager I spoke to was rude, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in fixing the mistake. Safety is also clearly not a priority. I found a massive, jagged crack in the interior pane of the gym window with no safety film, no caution tape, and no warning signs. It’s a huge liability. Housekeeping was another disaster; we had to ask twice because they just never showed up to clean our room. Lastly, I noticed they had banners up for the men’s hockey team but absolutely zero representation for the Montreal Victoire, who are also the hometown team. When I mentioned that they should show some support for the women’s team, the staff member just brushed me off and said "go Habs." It felt incredibly out of touch. The only reason this place gets even one star is the location—it’s a 2-minute walk to the Bell Centre. But for $1,500, you’d expect way better than this. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually cares about their guests and property upkeep. I have honestly never been more disappointed with the price I’ve paid for a hotel. It put a huge damper on the whole experience there.

We had a great stay. Great location and the overall experience. The service at the reception was fantastic - wonderful people, always here to help. The valet team was so nice, too. However, I am giving this place 4 stars only as I was truly disappointed that the hot tub was closed. It wasn't mentioned anywhere, and it was one of the reasons why we booked this place. Heck, you can see that the very first photo on Google shows the beautiful view and the hot tub, but the facilities are actually closed. I would suggest you guys to reconsider adding that info somewhere, or at least don't make it so obvious. Again, the place is lovely, but don't come here if you are looking for a relaxing spa experience. A special shoutout to the front desk and valet - Louisianna, Ekatarina, Antoine, Harry - such a lovely team!!!
