It is too costly. I don't understand why there are two queen beds for a couple. The rooms are large but they take a deposit of 200 dollars for a 120 dollar room. That didn't make sense because I have never paid a deposit at any hotel before this. Also, the breakfast is too bad. I have had way better complimentary breakfasts at much cheaper hotels in Canada. I was stuck here because of an accident. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This place gets 2 stars for a reason here’s why. i stayed here for maybe 5 days and each day got worse. i’ll start with my pros than my cons. pros were its in a good area. front desk was friendly. indoor pool. breakfast. the cons though are: when you first walk into ur room it kinda smells like sweat and there is no real light just lamps. second of all the shampoo had to be the worst thing i’ve ever put on my hair it is genuinely so awful it made my hair all dry and not able to brush. than the breakfast is literally just boiled eggs muffins fruit and juice nothing good nothing enjoyable at least. than the pool the showers were so cold and the pool had so much chlorine that damaged my hair even more. the walls? you can hear everything that’s happening in your neighbors room. not sound proof at all. the cleaners only give u more towels and shampoo they don’t even clean the sheets unless u stay more than 3 days. this was a normal stay could’ve been better.

We went to this place for a 2nights stay after looking at the reviews I felt bad about it but To be honest with all of you guys I had the best time ever in this hotel swimming pool was good enough rooms are well maintained good location an. Mostly affordable price and worthfull of spending if you guys are thinking about affordable stay go for it. The only bad thing we found is breakfast options are limited and not up to the mark

Hello everyone! We celebrated Christmas in Quebec City and booked a hotel for one night from December 24th to 25th. The hotel is not modern, but that is its charm. We love old hotels with history and zest. Just right for Christmas. As for the amenities, the staff was friendly and welcoming. We were greeted and checked in quickly. My husband and I were there and we brought our dog. The room was large and spacious. There are two large, comfortable double beds. A table and a bar with a granite surface. There are several armchairs, lamps, and a TV. The bathroom is clean and tiled. The plumbing is new. Towels and everything you need for a shower are provided. There is a small refrigerator and a coffee maker. The hotel was quiet and very warm. Parking is in the hotel courtyard. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
