Our team had an outstanding stay at Hôtel & Suites Normandin Lévis while traveling for a hockey tournament. The staff was incredibly accommodating to our sports group from start to finish. One of the highlights was the hotel generously including an hour of spa time for our athletes during their stay — such a thoughtful and relaxing experience for the boys in the middle of a busy tournament week. We also had access to a conference room where our team could gather together. Having a dedicated space for meetings, meals, and downtime truly made the week special for our kids and helped build team camaraderie. We are so grateful for the hospitality and highly recommend this hotel to any traveling sports teams visiting the area. Thank you for helping create such a memorable experience for our group!

I stayed here for two nights. The place was clean and quiet, and the hot tub was great! The rooms don’t have any special view, so don’t expect that part. Breakfast was simple, and extras were charged separately. Overall, a nice and relaxing stay.

The sink was clogged, but the maintenance crew wasn’t available to fix it. They didn’t even offer us a different room. To make matters worse, there were no complimentary toothbrushes or toothpaste, and the room was too small. I wouldn’t recommend this place. The HVAC system (thermostat) couldn’t be turned off, and the maximum temperature you could set was 24°C. We couldn’t sleep at all because the room was freezing. I called the front desk, and they provided a portable heater — but guess what? Since the thermostat was still set to 24°C, whenever the heater raised the room temperature above that, the main HVAC system would automatically start blowing cool air to bring it back down to 24°C. I have never had such a terrible experience at any hotel in my life.

The rooms are clean and spacious, and the service is both polite and attentive to detail. The hotel also features a small pool, which is great for a quick, casual swim or for simply relaxing. I added $15 per day for the EV charger. It is very convenient.
