This hotel was decent. The staff were very friendly. It is pretty simple with a lot of breakfast choices. Nothing fancy. Wieght room is simple and small. Hot tub was just right on temp. Poop is small and quaint. Everything was tidy and I liked the coffea in the room.

We traveled to Surrey for some football tryouts for one of our boys. We chose this Best Western location as it seemed to be in the middle of all we wanted to see or travel to. It is The Best Western King George Boulevard. The front desk Manager Aman was excellent! He was very attentive, very helpful and very kind. He offered our boys some "goodie" bags when we checked in and when he heard one of our boys was there for football tryouts he gave him 3 bottles of Gatorade for try out day! He was always very pleasant and always said hi when we returned from our day of being out and about. The Queen Suite room was nice but it was a little bit tight for space. The mattress on the hide-a-bed was quite hard and our son had abit trouble falling asleep, perhaps new mattresses would be a good idea. Breakfast was adequate, it would have been nice to have sausages and bacon each morning along with the scrambled eggs. They ran out of yogurt for our first breakfast. But it was nice to have hot food for breakfast. All in all we had a great stay, it was nice to have a fridge and a microwave in our room to heat up restaurant left over food! Aman also offered us water bottles for our drive home, that was a very nice touch! We would stay here again but next time in the King Suite. I would definitely recommend this Best Western if you are in Surrey.

Very nice clean rooms, high ceiling . The beds were so comfortable. Very accommodating. The breakfast was one of the best continental breakfast I've had. The staff was very nice. Good pool, hot tub was amazing. Highly recommend this place to families.

The room itself was decent, but the heavy smell of stale tobacco likely trapped in the carpets was impossible to ignore. It created an unpleasant atmosphere that prevented me from fully relaxing. I'd rate the stay as mediocre simply because the scent made the room feel less than clean.
