I stayed there January 28th, 2026, and I was impressed by the view and the coziness of the room. The restaurant adjacent to the lobby was also a big plus as the ambiance is nice and the food was tasty, even if the orders took forever to arrive, which resulted in us drinking more then we should lol. I found the rooms clean, comfortable and very quiet. The only real downside was the night agent who wasn't all that friendly when a friend came to visit me but that wasn't a big deal. I would recommend The Quay to anyone staying a night or two in New West, as the location and view alone was amazing.

I had the pleasure of staying here unexpectedly, and it was fantastic! The location is great for those wanting to experiencethe waterfront and downtown. The staff are lovely super attentive. The room was very clean for this fussy guest.

All the employees we encountered from front desk to housekeeping to the wait staff in the restaurant were warm and wonderful. Food was amazing, beds were comfortable,room was spotless on arrival. View from the balcony was great. My only 1st world complaint was not enough outlets to plug in our electronics. Next trip we will bring a power strip, as we will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel while celebrating my achievement as the Natural Champion of Canada 2025 (Bodybuilding Bikini Athlete). The atmosphere was relaxing and elegant, and the staff were kind and attentive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a spacious washroom with a beautiful full-length mirror — perfect for getting ready for my celebration night. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and everything was well-organized. The only small downside was that we should pay 50$ for early check-in as we arrived to Vancouver early, but overall it was an excellent experience. Highly recommend this place! 🌟
