We scored an amazing deal on a King Suite at the Ocean Promenade Hotel through Priceline, and overall our stay was absolutely delightful — five stars from us! When we arrived, we weren’t aware that the entire lobby was under construction. Entrance was through the parking garage, and the front desk had been temporarily moved into a conference room with folding tables. I’ll admit, between the makeshift check-in area and some construction happening in the hallways, I was a little concerned at first. But the moment we opened the door to our room, all of that faded away. Our suite was beautiful with an incredible view of the ocean and promenade. The sunset alone was worth every penny. The room had everything we’d expect and more — reliable Wi-Fi, a small kitchenette with a Keurig, a comfortable king bed, and a nice TV. The space felt clean, updated, and relaxing. The location truly can’t be beat. Easy access to the promenade, local shops, and restaurants made everything walkable and convenient. My only small critique would be that the TV didn’t allow us to stream our own services or connect a phone, which would have been a nice added touch in the evenings. Construction aside, the stay itself exceeded our expectations. Once renovations are complete, I can only imagine it will be even better. We would absolutely stay again!

What a lovely experience. We booked the spa suite for our anniversary and arrived to find flower petals decorating the room, a box of chocolates on the bed and a bottle of wine waiting on the counter. We had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff were friendly and informative and were able to recommend several places of interest for us to check out. Parking was easy and ample. There was also a nice little cafe on the main floor which served us hot chocolate and coffee in the morning. We will definitely be coming back and thank the staff for making our anniversary such a wonderful, memorable experience.

This hotel is fantastic and offers great value! The rooms are lovely, and the location is perfect. Although we checked in late and left the next day, preventing us from taking good photos, the late-night staff, especially Julian, was incredibly kind and accommodating. The heated bathroom floor was a delightful feature. We visited the pier in the morning, and the surrounding area was stunning. We will definitely stay here again.

What a BEAUTIFUL and quaint Hotel! The room is very clean amd gorgeous — king size bed plus a fireplace AND little kitchenette!! The view of the ocean from our room is stunning! The staff were very friendly, caring and helpful at check in. You absolutely cannot beat the location of being Oceanside! We would definitely stay here again! We wish we could stay longer!! 5 Stars PLUS!!!
