I had arranged to lease an apartment here but, unfortunately, was unable to move in due to unforeseen Canadian visa delays. Even though things didn't work out, my experience with the management was absolutely fantastic. Ekam, the property manager, was incredibly understanding, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He maintained excellent communication, provided all the information I needed, and was gracious enough to hold the unit for me while I sorted out the issues. Thank you again, Ekam, for all your help and patience!

This is my first time renting a house in Canada. As a foreign worker, I'm so glad to met Ekam, who really provide detailed information during my visit and always give constructive suggestion about the unit. I really appreciate his help for letting me settled in Ottawa in a short period of time.

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had renting- no bugs or anything but the apartment management (new management) is absolutely terrible. I’ve been without AC FOR AN ENTIRE MONTH. I’ve phoned, I’ve emailed, I’ve begged. My apartment is so hot I can’t cook or do laundry because the dryer will turn off BECAUSE IT IS TOO HOT. I have a plethora of other issues as well. The hours on their website are not their real hours- seemingly no one is ever in office. I phoned at 2:00 and 4:00 respectively and the after hours people (though lovely) couldn’t help me. I’ve been in literal hell for a month and my asthma is acting up again- the old property Management fixed things in two days tops. If you move here there will be packages stolen, dog poo in the lobby always, loud noises from fans in the room, and if something breaks it will TAKE A MONTH TO GET FIXED IF THEY FIX IT AT ALL. So now I’m sitting in hell, asthma fully acting up, can’t breathe at all HOPING THEY READ THIS REVIEW AND GET BACK TO ME. You know which apartment it is, fix my AC. Edit: As of June 5, 11:11 there has been no follow up email, no phone call making me aware of repairs today, etc. I have even checked my spam. The ONLY response I got was by posting this review online. I feel this sets a bad precedent for communications going forward, and hope renters see this exchange. I will edit if and only if they tell me what time they are coming, when they are coming, and what they will require of me at that time. Saying "yeah we will come June 5" and then not following up means I am essentially going to be waiting all day for them to (hopefully) appear.
