Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a review for a hotel. Most places are fine, but nothing really stands out enough to make me want to tell everyone about it. But honestly, this hotel absolutely deserves a review. For about $170 per night, this place was outstanding. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and even looked pretty cool design-wise. The shower pressure was excellent, which is always a huge plus when traveling. I also appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room—a small touch, but a nice one. The cleaning service was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and upbeat. Even when the lobby was busy, they still made the effort to greet you and welcome you back to the hotel, which says a lot about their customer service. The only real letdown was the food. I ordered a burger that honestly tasted like it had been microwaved. That said, the drinks were great and the bartenders were friendly and very attentive, which made up for it. Overall, if I’m ever back in this area, I already know where I’ll be ALOFT!!

No doubt 5-star! We had a very pleasant stay at Aloft Vaughan. The front desk team was friendly and helpful throughout, the breakfast selection was great and delicious, and we appreciated the late checkout. Our connected rooms were prepared thoughtfully for my daughter’s birthday, which added a nice personal touch. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable visit – we’ll be happy to return. Well done Aloft team, thank you!!

This is my kid’s favourite hotel! The pool is so warm, even in the cold winter, the staff are friendly, and you can get a really cool view of Wonderland and Legoland. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and staff are happy to bring extras quickly if needed. The staff helped make our kid’s birthday extra special too, they’re so grateful! If you’re looking for a place to relax and sleep while visiting Wonderland it’s a perfect hotel. The only two things that bring this down from an overall five star review are that we found it a little strange that there was no way to lock the sliding door to the bathroom, and we could hear the room next to ours through the bathroom vent pretty clearly.

We had stayed for the weekend for a hockey tournament. The Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, Rooms were warm. One of the staff Jacky was very helpful. Great hotel across from a great mall. Only downfall was there was no breakfast included
