I want to start this by saying I've got my moneys worth. The staff was helpful, my time there was nice, and I would definitely come again, the activities, pool, arcades and restaurants were perfect, nothing to say on them. Here is my small rant. Kids running all over the fourth floor and smashin in doors made for a ... special kind of evening... The room needs maintenance... you can see on the pictures, the air docks are broken and barely holding, the bathroom door is broken at the bottom and there is no air duct for the shower so after 1 minute of showering you cant see your feet because of the mist stuck in the room. (So open door policy it is) the window at the back of the room accumulate water all day and make for quite a large puddle which my daughter loved to play in. So she made a mess... I would not be surprised if some of that water is going down somewhere else somehow.. So we had fun and were well served overall but the room... it requires maintenance...

A lot of issues to talk about at this hotel. Price: Two nights cost us around $500 Hotel is dated as are the rooms, And not particularly clean. The service was very nonchalant at the front desk and literally needed to be summoned from the back room. Our rooms were not restocked and the front desk staff gave me the wrong room accessories requested. The Hotel pool water temperature was glacial. Not enjoyable and only stayed 10 minutes because of this. Positive: Good location. Of course the hotel management can’t take any credit for this.

Really close to Old Québec, which made exploring downtown super easy. 🏙️✨ The rooms were spotless, and it was my baby’s first hotel stay — such a special memory for us. The pool area was definitely the highlight, and my daughter loved seeing the little bird with its eggs. So cute and family-friendly! 💛

Terrible experience. We arrived after a long 4-hour drive with our toddler, only to be told that no rooms were available, even though we had fully paid and confirmed the booking in advance through Expedia. The staff did not offer any immediate solution — we had to insist repeatedly for them to find us an alternative. After much back-and-forth, they finally relocated us to a completely different hotel (Hotel Universel), which turned out to be dirty and of much lower quality. It was already night, and we had no choice but to accept it because we were traveling with a small child. This is absolutely unacceptable. You cannot sell rooms, take full payment, and then tell guests there’s “nothing available.” Very poor management and zero accountability. I would strongly advise other travelers — especially families — to avoid booking here unless they want to risk being stranded without a room after paying in full.
