We needed a hotel fast due to a cancelled flight and had an amazing experience. Reception was helpful and quickly got us to the last airport shuttle of the night. Price was great, and the manager gave us a complimentary room upgrade. The room was clean and spacious. Have stayed here many times, and will be back again. Cannot recommend enough.

I stayed at Best Western Plus Toronto Airport Hotel for one night, and overall my experience was excellent. The hotel fully met my expectations in terms of price and quality. Considering it is a three-star hotel, it truly delivers a very solid and comfortable experience. The room was clean, fresh, and quiet — everything I needed for a good rest. I was very satisfied with my stay. Breakfast was excellent and definitely worth the price. The woman who served breakfast, Ingrid, was friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. She is clearly a great employee who adds to the positive atmosphere. The reception staff were also helpful and polite, which made the stay even more pleasant. There was a small misunderstanding regarding the breakfast information on Google Maps, as it mentioned that breakfast was complimentary. In reality, it was not included. Although the breakfast was absolutely worth the money, this created a slight confusion at first. I would simply recommend updating the information online to avoid any misunderstandings for future guests. Overall, everything was wonderful, and I am happy to leave a 5-star review.

I stayed in this hotel my first night through the airport and it was great but then, I rebooked the exact same named hotel for my way back …. The only difference between the two identical best westerns for Pearson is the road name. This was Dixie and I booked the Eglington one by accident. So I accidentally booked the wrong one. When I arrived the front desk was rude and zero help - I thought I was stranded so I said ok book me in and I’ll deal with my other reservation. He was zero help…. I had no idea the other best western was only 5 mins away so when I said hey you could have at least told me this isn’t that big of a deal an I can take an uber….. instead of being nice and helpful the night manager said “well u didn’t ask and we aren’t afilliated” wow. I run an accommodation and I would never leave that kind of information out. Clearly I’m tired and made an error but it would have taken 2 seconds to say oh don’t worry it’s not that big of a deal let’s get u an uber and u woukd be right there. I then cancelled that one thank god he didnt charge me since I didn’t even go to the room I’m surprised to be honest. When I got to the other best western they said this happens ALL the time and guests constantly says Dixie is rude - BW should have unique hotel names if you aren’t going to be afilliated and know that Dixie airport are not nice and so thankful that the other one let me have a late breakfast, a late checkout, were so pleasant, and also a generous ride and company back to the airport the next day.

Super disappointed, Late Shuttle, Room Given Away. Stayed one night before our flight to Cancun and were told that we would have a room when we return as well (my husband confirmed this with the agent). When we returned from Mexico, we called for our shuttle and they said they would be there in 5 mins at the designated post. We waited for a while and then called again and were told that they were back at the hotel and that it would be there in 15 mins. By the time we got our shuttle, it was 2am. Unfortunately for us, when we got back to the hotel, we were told that our credit card was declined and the hotel cancelled our room and that no rooms were available. They told us we could try the Sandman hotel nearby but didn’t really offer any apology. We didn’t even receive an email advising of the cancelled room so that we could plan accordingly but instead found out at almost 3am. At this point, we were extremely frustrated and tired but knew there wasn’t much we could do as a Manager would likely not be working until the day. We decided to drive back home (3.5 hrs). We feel that Best Western Plus could have handled this situation differently especially since we already stayed the night before our trip to Mexico. We won’t be recommending this hotel for any future travel plans.
