I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this building. The resident caretaker, Olga, is incredibly responsible, professional, and friendly, and she has always been a great communicator. Anytime I’ve had a question or needed assistance, she has been attentive, responsive, and very accommodating whenever possible. The building itself is well maintained, and the neighbors are respectful and quiet—it truly feels peaceful, almost like living on your own. I’m very happy living here and truly appreciate the care and professionalism that go into managing this building.

I want to compliment Resident Manager Olga. My fridge needed to be fixed and she had the guy in the next afternoon to repair it. She keeps the building very clean. Olga is a kind and helpful lady.

I love living here. Management clearly cares about the building, and the resident caretaker is very responsive and attentive. She keeps the place spotless and is always on top of any concerns. The location is perfect, close to downtown but still surprisingly quiet. The community feels family-oriented and peaceful, which is a rare find in the city. Highly recommend!
